Lost or Delayed Packages

While we make every effort to ensure the safe and prompt delivery of your order, unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause delays or lost packages. Should you encounter any issues with your delivery, please reach out to our customer support team. We will do our best to assist you and resolve the situation as promptly as possible. Once packages have been received by the USPS we have no control other than the tracking numbers provided. USPS only assists with a free mail search request, and does not offer refunds unless the package was insured. Mari’s Miscellany claims no responsibility for packages that were delivered to the specified address as reported by USPS. If your package is acknowledged to be lost by the USPS then Mari’s Miscellany will offer you a replacement item or refund of your purchase and shipping cost. Please note that many of our items are one-of-a-kind and we might not be able to replicate an item exactly.
